For access there has been a
bespoke staircase installed with ballisters and handrail.
Kitchen refurbishment
New kitchen area on ground floor included the knocking down of a wall and a complete refurb including installation of a new
heating system throughout the whole house, complete fitting of benchmark cupboards. Install of double gazing windows within
kitchen. New Vailant gas boiler for central heating and hot water. New ceiling and plastered walls.
solid oak flooring throughout the whole of the ground floor. All new plumbing installed.
Front garden landscaping
A small
low maintenance front garden designed and constructed. This has been completed in
black limestone slabs throughout.
